SUMMARY:
The Client Advisor uses their knowledge of company products and services to connect with customers to generate sales and ensure customer retention and sustainability for the Company; and to provide a premium customer experience equal to our customer's evolving automotive product, shopping, and service expectations.

FUNCTIONS:
- Timely respond to customer internet and/or phone requests for information.
- Assist the customer in finding the right vehicle.
- Confer with Sales Manager on pricing presentations.
- Cooperate with and assist team members from all departments upon request.
- Participate in trainings offered by the Company or manufacturer.
- Learn and understand Financial Services programs and applicable incentives.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of order status from production to delivery to keep the customer engaged and enthusiastic.Â
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles, accessories, and services.Â
- Take ownership of all client questions and concerns, ensuring they are resolved beyond the client's expectations. When necessary, without delay, locate the appropriate person to help when an urgent situation arises.Â
- Accompany clients around the showroom, tour the facility, and review inventory inside and on the sales lot.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining organization and orderliness.
- Ability to use multiple computer screens for extended periods of time.
- Honed interpersonal skills to enable an ease in engaging in discussion with clients on high-end luxury vehicles.
- Intermediate keyboarding skills and the ability to compose professional written communications to clients and others.
- Innate sense of professional behavior; good manners; servant mentality.
- Ability to work longer hours when required, including waiting on clients.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Prior automotive sales or retail sales experience is beneficial but not required.
EDUCATION:
High school degree or GED. College degree is strongly preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to process data and information in an organized manner and generate ideas and recommendations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by a Davis Automotive Group employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual must be able to sit, stand, and speak for extended periods of time, as well as to work extended hours as required. Ability to utilize a computer and a multi-screen arrangement for extended hours is required. Additional requirements include, but are not limited to, the ability to regularly and consistently walk or navigate about, bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, lift up to 25 lbs., see, hear, and listen in order to fully perform the functions of this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described herein are generally representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this position. Work is performed in an office environment or outside the office with existing or potential customers, employees, or others. Within the office, floors are both carpeted and tiled. Computer usage is very frequent. Interaction will occur intermittently within an operations environment wherein noise is moderate, and floors are tile or concrete.
