Your BMW, Jaguar, or Land Rover is fitted with the latest technologies and features. While we strive to ensure that the vehicle delivery process adequately covers key features, we know that retaining all of that information can sometimes be an overwhelming task. That is why we provide our Encore Program as a complimentary one-on-one opportunity to learn about your vehicle's unique technology. This experience is custom-tailored with our very own Product Specialists to cover only what you want to know or explore further.


 
HOW IT WORKS
 

At the point of delivery of your BMW, Jaguar, or Land Rover, your Client Advisor will explain the Encore service to you and offer to schedule an appointment with one of our Product Specialists. After delivery, you may contact your Client Advisor or our Product Specialists directly and they would be happy to set up an appointment for you at your convenience to go over any additional features. Common questions include Bluetooth pairing, setting presets, garage door pairing, voice commands, and adjusting your clock.
