Davis Automotive
Group, Inc. is a locally owned family dealership, committed to supporting local
charitable organizations in Solon and surrounding communities. Through the
years we have proudly contributed to a variety of charities and events to bring
positive change to the communities that support us, and we will continue to do
so for years to come! In addition to our local partnerships, Davis Automotive
Group belongs to the Solon Chamber of Commerce and
the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce where
we are able to advocate for the community and foster economic growth for the
city of Solon and the Chagrin Valley which includes Auburn, Bainbridge,
Bentleyville, Chagrin Falls, Gates Mills, Hunting Valley, Moreland Hills,
Newbury, Orange Village, Pepper Pike, Russell, South Russell, and
Woodmere. We strongly believe in building partnerships with organizations
that share the goal in making a difference in peoples' lives and building
strong communities.

Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF)
FIDF is wholeheartedly committed to caring, supporting, and providing better everyday lives and brighter futures for the courageous men and women of the IDF who protect Israel and Jews worldwide. FIDF programs have transformed countless young lives through many empowering educational, financial, well-being, and cultural initiatives. Friends of the IDF is the sole organization authorized to collect charitable donations on behalf of the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces across the United States of America.
Davis Automotive Group is proud to support FIDF and partner with FIDF Ohio Chapter through events like the annual Guys Night Out fundraiser.
University Hospitals UH Seidman Cancer Center
The University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Leadership Council is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people living with cancer and ultimately finding effective treatments for cancer. Focusing on early detection, research clinical trials, and development, the council is making a difference today and for the future. These efforts have also made a difference in underserved communities, bringing awareness and early detection to them. We support the Becky Hennessy Golf Classic and biannual Five Star Sensation which will be held in August.
Recent UH funding initiatives focused on Innovation/immunotherapy and Cell Therapy; New Drug Development/Clinical Trials; Addressing Cancer Needs and Disparities in NEO.
Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center
Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center has helped thousands of people achieve what they thought was impossible. Fieldstone Farm engages the therapeutic power of our horses to discover and nurture the special abilities of individuals, families, and communities. Those with disabilities, special needs, depression, PTSD, and many other disorders can find joy and hope through the therapeutic use of horses.
Davis Automotive Group is proud to continually be a sponsor for Chef's Unbridled, their annual tasting dinner, benefiting the students at Fieldstone Farm.
Alzheimer's Association
The Alzheimer's Association has a special place in Owner, Jeff Davis' heart, with his grandfather having suffered with it. He knows how saddening and difficult this disease can be for family and friends. Davis Automotive Group continually supports events and donates to the Alzheimer's Association including taking part in the Alzheimer's Association Night of a Thousand Lights event and Celebration of Hope event.
A Celebration of Hope is one of the Cleveland Area Chapter and Greater East Ohio Area Chapter's most successful fundraising events, bringing together 500+ community members united in the fight to end Alzheimer's. There is an exercise when people sit down for dinner, asking people how many have a mother/father with Alzheimer's. Then, how many with a wife/husband. Then a relative and lastly know someone with Alzheimer's. The exercise shows everyone in the room has been touched by the disease.
Folds of Honor Foundation
Folds of Honor is a non profit organization that provides educational scholarships to the families of military men and women who have fallen or been disabled while on active duty in the US Armed Forces. FoH of Northern America recently expanded their mission to incorporate America's first responders, including police, fire-fighters, EMTs and paramedics. Due to the generosity of Corporate and individual donors, FoH can support those families who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our Country.
The Davis Automotive Group supports FoH of Northern Ohio, which encompasses Cleveland's West Side, South to the Canton area and East to Youngstown.
The Menorah Park Foundation
Menorah Park and Montefiore provide individualized levels of care in a safe and secure home-like setting, based on resident needs. Services include specialized nursing care and therapies for those who are physically challenged or have Alzheimer's disease or related disorders. Independent and assisted living residential options, as well as nursing care. Additional services are rehab, hospice, and palliative care to adults in need and provides support to their families to enhance the lives of residents.
The Menorah Park Foundation is a supporting foundation providing needed funds for programs and needs that assure the residents of a quality of life that would otherwise not be available. The foundation sponsors ShiningStar CLE a vocal competition for high school students with top prize being a $10,000.00 scholarship with $2,500.00 going to their school's music department.
Davis Automotive Group owner, Jeff Davis, has served on the foundation board for over 15 years as well as board chair.
Cleveland Cavaliers Cav's Youth Sports Academy
Land Rover Solon recently partnered with the Cleveland Cavaliers Cavs Youth Sport Academy to hold a Spring Break Basketball Clinic with students from Bedford City School District.
Land Rover Solon was so excited to partner with the
Cleveland Cavaliers to provide young athletes the opportunity to be part of the
NBA and Cleveland Cavaliers experience. Land Rover Solon and Cavs Academy share
a common goal: supporting the positive benefits attained through the game of
basketball for the youth in Cleveland and believing that all youth deserve the opportunity to play.
Mission Possible
Mission Possible is a charity located in Northeast Ohio that was founded in 2006 to provide care and necessities for the poorest of the poor in the Dominican Republic. They seek to provide housing, medical care, education, economic aid, and build relationships with those in need.
Davis Automotive Group was honored to partner with them for our annual Drive for a Cause event that raised money from each test drive taken within a 3-month span raising several thousand dollars.
Milestones Autism Resources
Milestones Autism Resources was created by two frustrated moms who could not find materials or education to help their special needs children. They exist to serve, support, and enrich those affected by autism by providing workshops, tools, and assistance with the goal of making these resources accessible to all. Milestones also provides training programs to first responders, so they can better understand the needs of people on the spectrum.
We are proud to continued our sponsorship of the annual Strike It Big Bowling for Autism Event. This event is a special reminder of how important community and connection truly are. Strike it Big is an annual family-friendly bowling fundraiser that directly supports the Milestones free autism Helpdesk, a service that connects families with personalized guidance, local resources and individualized information at each stage of development. All services are provided at no cost.
Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America
The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is at the forefront in research to find a cure for disease and improving the daily lives of those affected by it. They offer a wide range of educational programs for patients and healthcare professionals and provide supportive services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. While these diseases are not often talked about, we support the need to advocate, educate, and fundraise for this great foundation.
We specifically seek to support the Northeast Ohio Chapter with their annual Golf Tournament and Mah Jongg Benefit Game in order to raise as much money as possible for the nonprofit.
Association of Indian Physicians of Northern Ohio (AIPNO)
Association of Indian Physicians of Northern Ohio (AIPNO) is a charitable organization that began in 1983 by a few dedicated physicians of Indian origin in Northern Ohio who wanted to make a difference. This organization focuses on enhancing the quality of health care by fostering excellence and professionalism in the practice of medicine and supporting efforts to improve the availability of healthcare to underserved populations in the community and in India.
It is our honor to partner with AIPNO by supporting their cause and sponsoring events so that they can make a positive impact on the world that extends beyond our local community.
The Littlest Heroes
The Littlest Heroes exists to provide a positive impact on the lives of children with cancer and their families.
Located right here in Solon, they continually provide for these families through economic means, providing emotional support, and educational assistance. They are a safety net to keep families in their homes, keep the lights on, and keep food on the table while battling the surprise of a lifetime.
We were proud to have The Littlest Heroes be the receiving charity in one of our large events that raised several thousand dollars through a silent auction piece.
Together, we can ensure no child fights alone!
